BAILIFFS AUCTION - BALD HILLS PROPERTY

"MAGISTRATES COURT ACT 1921 AS AMENDED"

In the Magistrates Court of Queensland held at Sandgate in the State of Queensland

Plaint No..M 231/2006, between the Williams Constructions Group Pty Ltd C/O Butts & Barkley Solicitors, 47 Pinelands Road, Sunnybank Hills Qld (Plaintiff) and  Steven Robert John Bishop of 12 Cambrian Street, Bald Hills Qld (Defendant). 

Take note that a Warrant of Execution has been issued on a Judgment obtained by the Plaintiff in the above action and that all estates, rights, titles and interests (if any) of the above mentioned Defendant in the under mentioned piece of land and appurtenances thereto, will be sold by Public Auction at the Magistrates Court, 7 Old Dayboro Road, Petrie Qld at 2:30 PM. on Tuesday 14th November 2006 unless the amount of the Warrant and costs are previously satisfied.  All that piece of land being Lot 154 on Registered Plan  91700 County of Stanley Parish of Nundah being the whole of the land described in Title Reference 17319127 The land is subject to (1) Local Authority rates and charges accrued to the day of sale by auction. 

The property is situated at 12 Cambrian Street, Bald Hills in the State of Queensland and is registered in the name of Steven Robert John Bishop.  The conditions of sale are that 10% of the purchase price to be paid on the day of the sale (cash or Bank Cheque acceptable) and the balance to be paid within (2) business days after the sale in exchange for a transfer of the property.  Purchasers will be required to enter into a Contract of Sale at the time of purchase.  Standard Conditions of Sale can be viewed at the Magistrates Court Registry Sandgate at any time prior to the auction date.
