BAILIFFS AUCTION - 4 Motor Vehicles

"MAGISTRATES COURT ACT 1921 AS AMENDED"

In the Magistrates Court of Queensland held at Sandgate in the State of Queensland Claim No: M 139/2009 between James William Hill (Plaintiff) 4 Culgoola St Kedron 4031 and Peter Phillips, of 63 Kennedy St Brighton Qld 4017 (Defendant). Take note that a Enforcement Warrant-Seizure & Sale of Property has been issued on a Judgment obtained by the Plaintiff in the above action and that all estates, rights, titles and interests (if any) of the above mentioned Defendant in the under mentioned Motor Vehicles thereto, will be sold by Public Auction at the Magistrates Court, Sandgate 84 Keogh Street, Sandgate, Qld 4017 at 11:00 AM on Thursday 17th day of December 2009 unless the amount of the Warrant and costs are previously satisfied.

All the interests and title in:
(1) 1987 BMW 325i 2 Door Coupe
(2) 1988 Mercedes 300 Stationwagon
(3) 1991 Subaru 4WD Liberty Stationwagon; and
(4) Black Ford V8 Stationwagon

all owned by the said Peter Phillips. The vehicles are not subject to any encumbrances and will be sold unregistered. All safety certificates and registration will be at the expense of the purchaser. The conditions of sale are that 100% of the purchase price to be paid on the day of the sale (cash or Bank Cheque acceptable) in exchange for a transfer of the property. Purchasers will be required to enter into a Contract of Sale at the time of purchase. Standard Conditions of Sale can be viewed at the Magistrates Court Registry Sandgate at any time prior to the auction date and further details on the Motor Vehicles will be inserted prior to the auction.
