In the Magistrates Court of Queensland held at Sandgate in the State of Queensland Plaint No: M 186/2007, between the Allco Principal Finance Nominees Pty Ltd (ACN 117 478 896) C/o Home Wilkinson Lowry, Level 1/500 Queen Street, Brisbane, Qld 4000 (Plaintiff) and Rae Lynette Nicolaou of 63 Landsboro Avenue, Boondall Qld (Defendant). Take note that a Warrant of Execution has been issued on a Judgment obtained by the Plaintiff in the above action and that all estates, rights, titles and interests (if any) of the above mentioned Defendant in the under mentioned piece of land and appurtenances thereto, will be sold by Public Auction at the Sandgate Magistrates Court, 84 Keogh Street, Sandgate Qld at 2:00 PM on Thursday 7 th day of February 2008 unless the amount of the Warrant and costs are previously satisfied.

All that piece of land being Lot 418 on Registered Plan 26050 County of Stanley Parish of Kedron, Local Government: Brisbane City being the whole of the land described in Title Reference 13226052 The land is subject to (1) Local Authority rates and charges accrued to the day of sale by auction. The property is situated at 63 Landsboro Avenue, Boondall in the State of Queensland and is registered in the name of Rae Lynette Nicolaou. The conditions of sale are that 10% of the purchase price to be paid on the day of the sale (cash or Bank Cheque acceptable) and the balance to be paid within (2) business days after the sale in exchange for a transfer of the property. Purchasers will be required to enter into a Contract of Sale at the time of purchase. Standard Conditions of Sale can be viewed at the Magistrates Court Registry Sandgate at any time prior to the auction date.
