TAKE NOTICE that an ENFORCEMENT WARRANT – SEIZURE AND SALE OF PROPERTY has been issued out of the Magistrates Court, Proserpine upon Judgment obtained by the Enforcement Creditor in the above action and that ALL RIGHT TITLE AND INTEREST of the Judgment Debtor in the following:

Lot 3 on RP715884 County of Herbert Parish of Tawvale
Known as: 62 Marathon Street, Proserpine, QLD, 4800.

Will be sold by PUBLIC AUCTION by the Bailiff, Magistrates Court, Proserpine at the Court House, Main Street, Proserpine at 11:00am on Saturday the 09 day of February 2008 unless the said Warrant and all costs have been fully satisfied prior to that date.
